Payment Plan Terms & Conditions

By selecting the payment plan option for The Mo Movement Method Training Manual, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment Commitment:
   By enrolling in the payment plan, you agree to pay the full price of the program according to the payment schedule selected at checkout. You are committing to completing all scheduled payments in full.

2. Automatic Billing:
   Your payment method will be automatically charged according to the agreed schedule (e.g., monthly) until all payments are completed. Kajabi securely processes your payments through its payment processor.

3. No Cancellations or Refunds:
   All payment plans are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Failure to complete payments does not release you from your financial commitment. No refunds, partial refunds, or cancellations will be provided under any circumstances.

4. Access Restrictions:
   Failure to complete any payment on time may result in loss of access to the manual and any related materials until your account is brought current.

5. Legal Enforcement:
   If payment is not completed as agreed, we reserve the right to pursue collections or legal action to recover the remaining balance owed, including applicable fees.

6. License & Ownership:
   The manual remains the intellectual property of The Mo Movement Method. You are purchasing a personal, non-transferable license for your use only. Sharing, copying, or distributing the manual or any related materials is strictly prohibited.
